Description: Our very own bubbles to celebrate Burial Beer's anniversary. 100% Chardonnay. Brut Nature. Refermented in the bottle for lively effervescence. Riddled and disgorged with no dosage. Corked and caged for ceremony and celebration.
Vinification: Direct Press, naturally fermented dry in Flex Tank. Racked to neutral oak, aged sur lie. Made sparkling via the traditional method.
Bottling: 750 ml Flint, corked, caged & foiled. Contains sulfites
