Values first, the rest comes next.

At Burial, our goal is to build a culture where talented people can thrive as their most authentic selves. We believe when people feel valued, empowered, and inspired, they are more invested in the quality of work they are doing, the connections they are building, and the overall success of the company. That is why we intentionally prioritize our culture and values throughout the entire employee experience. This includes doing right by our employees through a competitive benefits program, taproom experience perks, and professional growth opportunities. Through our years of evolving as a company and employer, we have found that by empowering voices, providing supportive opportunities, operating with transparency and advocating for diversification of thought we are fostering an environment for long-term partnerships.
