These halls go on, corridors without end adorned with dead words, lost memory, and trampled ambition. Truly, the revitalization of the joy and the agony once buried neath these sacred stones. Our 12th Anniversary Sour Cuvée, led by Co-Founder Tim Gormley, started out as a Golden Sour base fermented with our House Mixed Culture, before resting upon heaps of raspberry, cherry, peach, and vanilla bean. The result is a pitcher of cherry cooler poured atop raspberry sorbet float and topped with whipped cream.
