Eulogy FAQs
Eulogy does not have a dedicated parking lot. There is free street parking, as well as a few paid parking lots, throughout South Slope. There is also a paid parking garage located at the end of Buxton Ave, less than a five minute walk from the venue.
Our entrance door is located on 10 Buxton Avenue, next to Urban Orchard Cider Co.
- We will give you a stamp at the point of check-in that allows you re-entry throughout the event. Be sure to present your stamp to the door attendant in each instance of entering the building. No re-entry for anyone under 18.
- Unless otherwise noted, our ticketed shows are All Ages. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Our weekend and late night DJ events are 21+ events.
We are a cashless venue. Tickets at the door and refreshments from the bar can be purchased via card or mobile pay.
IDs are required for any show with age restrictions, and for anyone who wishes to drink at the bar for any event. IDs are required if you cannot access your ticket to be scanned at the door. Acceptable forms of ID are a driver’s license, North Carolina special identification card, passport and military identification card.
The Eulogy bar offers a variety of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as non-alcholic beverages.
Our smoking area is located outside of the main entrance on Buxton Avenue. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted within the venue. Please leave these in your car. We do not have a storage area, and the Eulogy staff is not responsible for watching over the personal belongings of attendees. All bags are subject to search. Items deemed unsafe for the venue can be taken to your car, or checked in at the door to be retrieved after the event.
DSLR cameras and cameras with detachable lenses are only permitted for those with photo passes granted by the artist or the venue. Flash photography is not allowed.
There is a coat rack for open use inside the venue. This is unstaffed, and we advise that you do not leave valuables within coat pockets. Eulogy is not responsible for any damage or theft as a result of utilizing the coat rack.
Seating options within the venue are dependent upon the specific needs of each event. Seating is always available via table reservations in our Elevated Experience area. For ADA seating accomodations, email info@eulogyavl.com.
The Elevated Experience is our VIP area. A table for four can be reserved in advance on the Eulogy website for $80, and includes elevated seating with clear sight-lines to the stage, as well as table service from the bar via QR ordering.
Door times and show start times are listed for each event. The first act will start at or shortly after the advertised start time. Eulogy staff cannot guarantee set times, as these are subject to change...
Pets are not permitted at Eulogy. We advise guests to consider the loud and crowded nature of our environment when attending events with a service animal.
Outside beverages are not permitted. There are QR codes within the venue that allow online ordering from the kitchen located at Burial Beer Co. Food must be picked up from the kitchen window in the Burial Beer Co. taproom and can be brought into the venue.
Earplugs are available for purchase at the bar.
You can retrieve lost items by stopping by the venue past 7pm on days that we are hosting events. You can check whether an item has been found, or coordinate an alternative time to pick an item up, by emailing info@eulogyavl.com.

Tickets to shows at Eulogy are sold exclusively on Dice.
Our box office is located within the Burial Beer Co. Merch Shop at 40 Collier Avenue. The box office operating hours coincide with those of the Burial Beer Co. South Slope taproom. Box Office hours are 12 PM - 10 PM.
We sell tickets at the doors for performances that are not sold out in advance.
Tickets purchased at the door or the box office are not subject to the booking fees associated with online purchases. Tax and stripe fee will still apply.

Ticket transfers can be facilitated within the Dice app.
Sold out means sold out. We do not oversell our shows at Eulogy, and we will not release more tickets to a sold out event. If you are seeking tickets to a sold out show, we advise that you join the event's waiting list on Dice for the opportunity to receive a ticket transfer from a ticket-holder who cannot attend.
Our tickets are sold exclusively on Dice and can only be resold and transferred via Dice. Be wary of any ticket transactions outside of the Dice app and any tickets sold for higher than the original face value. Eulogy is sympathetic, but not responsible, for ticket resale scams that occur, and we partner with Dice because of their dedication to limiting this all too common occurrence. Reach out to info@eulogyavl.com with any further questions around ticket resales.
Eulogy is an artist-focused venue, and for that reason, we do not take merch cuts if you provide your own merch seller.
