The farmers at Hop Head Farms annually load a truck at midnight with freshly-picked cones and head South to make this fine ale. Dry-hopped with more than 25 pounds per barrel (not an error) of wet Chinook and El Dorado hops. Our label does have an error - there is no Vista or Cashmere in this year's batch. We allowed the fields and farmers at Hop Head to tell us which varietals were ready. And thus made a late selection pivot to bring you the best possible expression of fresh hops. The end result is a bountiful display of indica tincture, watermelon sour patch kids, limeade, and lychee candy.
