Description: Chardonnay, a grape that is about as ubiquitous as it gets in wine culture, and for good reason. Ours is New World, California, native yeast, malolactic, and neutral oak. This translates to tropical fruit forward, dry, no butter. An aromatic white wine that is enormously satisfying to contemplate, fun and easy to drink, and pairs brilliantly with many types of food.
Vinification: Direct Press, naturally fermented dry in Flex Tank. Racked to neutral oak, aged sur lie.
Bottling: Bottled in December, 2023. 750 ml Flint, corked. Contains sulfites
