After the darkness comes the bright light. A take on crisp, herbaceous and uber-refreshing Italian-style Pilsner, spearheaded by brewer Ryan Riggs. A blend of pilsner malts create the base, while a collection of German hops provide the bright aromatics and floral flavor components. After a slow step-down crash, we dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Grungeist. The beer then lagers for many moons before delivering this burst of dry Verdicchio wine, strawberry soda, and citrus baked pastry.
