The Separation of Light and Darkness Golden Sour Ale with Carolina Peaches (2024 Harvest)

The parting of distinct places. The distance between you and me. Our first-ever farmhouse ale returns. Years ago, we began to embrace a Nouveau approach to this fine wild ale, so that we may enhance the presentation of the most vibrant fruit aromatics. And thus we have fostered an unagitated fruit-handling process, lengthy skin contact and fruit exposure, and shortened conditioning. The continuation of our wildest dreams and most simple desires, this classic Golden Ale is made from a blend of aging habits, some done in our taproom Brunello Foudre with wild-captured yeasts from beneath our peach trees, and other from barrel-aged stocks of house wild flora. The blend then rests upon 2000# of fresh Carolina peaches. The resulting fluid is canned white peach, lime-zested pastry, the driest of Chenin, and refreshing peach lemon iced tea. 6.0% ABV
