We dreamt up this Imperial Stout for Burnpile 2025 with two former Burial Head Brewers who have now charted their own courses into entrepreneurship. Alia Midoun, of Three Nuts Co. and Scott Graham, of Sgraffito Beer. The result is a scoop of pistachio nut butter with dark chocolate chunks, drizzled in rose water and fresh lemon zest.
