I'll Be Damned if I Abandon This Beautiful Impossibility Imperial Stout with Kiwi-Fermented Coffee Beans, Kiwi, Cocoa Butter, and Vanilla Bean (Collaboration with Unblended Coffee)

After all is found safe. After every little fear has washed from our minds. When we walk through gateways into spaces we thought we'd never inhabit. We might finally be calm. We might happily walk into the storm. A collaboration with the great people at Unblended Coffee, who showed us a great new world, full of wonder and surprise. A blend of three six-hour boil imperial stouts tempered to 13% was conditioned on kiwi before a dosing of French Broad Cocoa butter, Madagascar Vanilla bean and a special coffee ushered to us from our friends at Colombia's Unblended Coffee. Colombian coffee farmer Sebastian Ramirez processed this coffee by co-fermenting it with Kiwi before shipping it to the Carolinas to be roasted by our friends at Methodical Roasters. Mind bend with chocolate-covered kiwi, vanilla frappe, and espresso bean-dusted caramel clusters. - 13.0% ABV
