A blend of 12 to 24 month imperial stout aged in Rum and Bourbon barrels was then conditioned on house-toasted pecan and Ghanan vanilla bean to achieve luxurious notes of fudgy chocolate pecan rum cake drizzled in vanilla cream icing finished off with a structured oak-driven character.
