Tasting Notes: Over-exaggerated apple candle burning in the adjacent room coupled with a botanical rich bouquet that inspires memories of gin or amaro, despite having no botanicals added. Comforting wafts of mint, nutmeg, marzipan, cherry and eucalyptus.

Description: This rustic cider was produced from a blend of true cider apples grown in Washington. Pressed in December of 2021. Fermented in stainless and aged in neutral oak wine barrels for 1 year. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Bottle conditioned with wildflower honey for 11 months. An elegant and vivacious representation of beautiful fruit.
