It's proximity to the Pacific Ocean seems to lend a unique salinity to the wine. A rosè to contemplate.

Vinification: Whole cluster pressed, directly off skins with no cold soak. Naturally fermented dry in Flex Tank. Aged sur lie for 5 months.
