There is no existence without those who blazed the trail. The icons that first put paint to canvas. That dare to do things a little different. Because they believe in it. And damn well stick to it. Burial never finds its place in Asheville without Wedge. We fell in love with their RAD Taproom on our first visit here. And the adoration hasn't faded a tinge. So we were psyched to brew a style beloved by each of us. A classic, California-inspired pale ale. Mashed with Northstar Pils, Riverbend Appalachian Wheat, and a kiss of honey malt. Dry-hopped with a healthy addition of Zumo and supporting dose of Chinook. Citrus glazed croissants, drizzled in pine syrup, and shrouded in northern lights. A portion of the sales of this beer will be directly benefitting our local collaborators and their rebuilding journey. - 4.8% ABV
