Comes packaged in a wood box, stamped with a branding iron and hand dyed with VISUALS wine.

Chandra Shukla (aka Xambuca) is Asheville based experimental/avant-garde musician, co-founder of record label Erototox Decodings, and founder/perfumer of Xambuca Olfactory.

With "Hima हिम", Chandra has created a zoned out electro-acoustic masterpiece, combining amplified sitar with effects and electronics. With these sounds, he aimed to conjure memories of winter. Hima translates to Cold.

With Chandra's perfumery project, Xambuca Olfactory (https://www.xambucaolfactory.com/), he creates unique perfumes and incense using real, exotic ingredients and thoughtful blending techniques. With "TAPA तप्", like Hima, the goal was to create a scent reminiscent of winter, or perhaps the holiday seasons. Tapa translates to Heat - something to warm you in the cold months. Contents include:
Piñon resin, frankincense, cinnamon, orange peel and oil, pine oil, peppermint oil, peppermint leaf (dried), nutmeg, clove, nutmeg ground and oil, juniper berries, rosemary leaves and oil, mugwort, bay laurel, myrrh oil, mandarin, cedar, bayberry.
Included in each package is a charcoal disc - the method used to burn this form of incense. 

Our aperitif wine, Evoke a Tranquil Frost, takes its cues from Tapa, utilizing many of the edible ingredients in the incense. It too aims to warm the body when it most needs it.
