Echoism Dry-Hopped Pale Ale (Collaboration with Carbon Copy)

Just before we kicked off Burnpile, we got together with our friends at Carbon Copy from Philadelphia to create a thoughtful imbibe that is a true collaboration of our styles. Mashed with barley, wheat and a pinch of rye, this pale ale was hopped in the kettle with Cashmere and Centennial before a generous dry hopping of more Cashmere, Motueka, and a sprinkling of Cashmere Cryo. Soak in bright tones of lemon lime soda, strawberry gushers and passionfruit spiked ecto cooler. - 5.0% ABV
