Tin Cup Camp Stout

A team favorite, this easy sipping stout showcases our love for the tin mug at the campfire. This season we used Counter Culture Coffee’s Idido Ethiopian coffee beans. This bean works with a complex cadre of dark malts, flaked adjuncts and lactose to add a complex dark berry fruit complexity yo this 5% all day delight. Just a little a reminder of another beloved Burial ale.

The Rosary Export Stout

Something to hold onto. A beer from our classic series of Belgian ales, The Rosary is made with a mild dose of black and brown malts. Expect coffee and plum aromas and a rich, yet not too sweet, flavor. Each year, The Rosary helps us welcome in the Equinox.

The Plague India Pale Ale with Brettanomyces

To eliminate the muck of the earth, you must first encounter that which is known to be evil. Brewed with barley and wheat, this Burial fave is hopped with Mosaic, Ella, Eureka, Vic’s Secret and Citra hops. This hop blend is added during fermentation to accentuate the vivid tropical aromas of our house brettanomyces, which was solely used to ferment this pungent and juicy hoppy ale.

Fresh Hop Shadowclock Pilsner Lager with Fresh Hops

Time remains our ardent obstacle. The sordid tale of patience breeds splendor almost unimaginable. And this Pilsner is an unbridled sadist for punishment. It demands of us our will, our freedom and our wits. But this extravagance bears bold beauty that no one can ignore. As if our lagering process wasn’t enough, we intricately timed the picking of Zuper Zaazer hops at Michigan’s Hop Head Farms to coincide with the dry hop of our beloved Pilsner. 600 pounds of freshly-harvested hop cones were added before three weeks of extended lagering. The result is a marriage of tradition and bright green floral aroma. Keep your palate fresh, revel in your season.

The Glorious Afterlife Saison Ale with Peaches

Sometimes the second life of ingredients is more rewarding than the first. Brewed with Riverbend Pilsner, wheat, and rye this mildly tart Saison was hopped with Hallertau and fermented on one-used Carolina Peaches imparting soft stone fruit essence that pairs perfectly with our rustic house saison culture.
