The Ballad of Chaos Baklava Imperial Brown Ale
A sudden shock wave of distortion jolts the turmoil. The ominous chimes of the battle bell warp and wince. A disorienting stillness is birthed. Eyes close -an unlikely calm. Where does the mind go? A self guided meditation of escape in utter chaos. A premonition of euphoria, wrapped in life’s treasures. The harps of heaven play like a chewy, malty brown ale extravagantly injected with milk sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, rose petals and pistachios. Our ballad of chaos.

Sanctuary of Shadows High Desert Dark Lager (w/ TRVE Brewing) – CANS AVAILABLE 4pk/$14
Beneath the ominous, growling thunderhead, we bask gratefully in her shadows, for we danced and we will soon be rewarded. In the High Desert, protected by the mighty Rockies, the fruits of agriculture must be resilient. With great struggle comes great reward and the grains passionately malted by Troubadour Maltings epitomize that concept. Here, with the 5th installment of the Ambient Terrain Rustic Lager Series, we broaden our celebration of craft malt with a dark lager steeped solely in rugged Colorado terroir. Find sanctuary in the vivid flavors of our land.
