Machete Mixed Culture Farmhouse Ale
This ever-evolving house saison at the Burial taproom has found a final formulation. Made from oak-aged mixed-culture saison, this ode to rusticity exudes peppery spice, citric and grassy aromas, while a vivid acidity provides the palate-cleansing finish. Hopped with Huell Melon, Tettnang and Saaz and aged upon Grains of Paradise.

Hysteria At Dawn Red Velvet Ale
Excess is often unwarranted. Dreams are filled with the delightful remnants of occasions passed and tiny victories won. This beer is culmination of our past and the simplification of our present. A simple relic of craft beer past, we started with a red ale fermented with a classic English Ale yeast, and bold caramelized malts. This beer is kept sessionable at 4.5% and then aged upon reasonable doses of vanilla bean and cocoa nibs to round out the flavors as quaffable as a simple red velvet cake may be, despite its startling red appearance. Toasted biscuit, bourbon and amaretto play a part in the aroma with the attenuated backend does not cloy up your palate.
