Harnessing Ruin Brett India Pale Ale
Bloody knuckled, we grasp and clench tightly to that which might be our very ends. Made with our friends at One World Brewing as a celebration of Asheville’s great art of collaboration. Made from brewing water that was aged upon pineapple and lemongrass, this beer was then hopped with Enigma, Azacca and Idaho 7. Brutally tropical, this beer was fermented entirely with our house brettanomyces strain. 15% of the proceeds of this beer go back to support the Asheville Brewers Alliance.
