A Completely Different Nature Sparkling India Pale Ale
The amalgamation of passionate past and purest present is the twisted reality of a mind lost in a living daydream. This beer was framed from a wandering pathway through vineyards and their terroir, but forged from the simplicity of beer’s roots. Made with Pilsner and wheat and fermented with clean German Ale yeast and enzymes to produce a bone dry beer with slight earthiness characteristics, this beer was conditioned to remove yeast before being dry-hopped with heavy doses of Ekuanot, Vic’s Secret, and Wakatu and touches of Crystal, Cascade and Calypso, before being carbonated to elevated levels to express more of the crushed citrus and floral qualities of this grog.

Blade & Sheath Saison
Dreams relapse. The imprinted memories get diluted. Lost in a feverish quest for the shattered fragments of our greatest moments, sometimes, we start over. And the supreme union of those things we have forever held dearest stare us right in the eyes. Born of our most ambitious moments in the brewhouse, this revivalist saison is traditionally step-mashed and then naturally carbonated in the fermenters. Born of local Riverbend Malt 2 row and 6 row barley and Appalachian Wheat, the beer was then hopped with a liberal amount of aromatic Grungeist and Calypso hops. The result is a pathway through Carolina terroir, imparting aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest and delicate white peppercorn and earthiness. Inspiration lurks in our dreams. Welcome it.
Peel Back the Dead Earth Saison Ale with Brettanomyces
Brewed in collaboration with Transmitter Brewing, this experimental ale was uniquely crafted to elicit memories of a summer hike in the mountains. Brewed with North Carolina barley and wheat, filtered through a bed of hay and aged on wheatgrass, honeysuckle, rose hips and rose petals. Aged in neutral red wine barrels and bottle conditioned with brettanomyces.
