Machete Mixed Culture Farmhouse Ale

This ever-evolving house saison at the Burial taproom has found a final formulation. Now made from oak-aged mixed-culture saison, this ode to rusticity exudes peppery spice, citric and grassy aromas, while a vivid acidity provides the palate-cleansing finish. This season’s variety is made with Mandarina and Tettnang hops.

Divine Beasts Foudre-Aged Jasmine Lager

Odd spells are conjured within the shroud of the mystical mountains. Heavy mist envelops life here, steeped in unknown radiance, only to be possessed by the divine – the seekers of great depth – muttering hymns and incantations upon the high elevation flora. This sacred beast hold no menace, built upon rustic Riverbend pilsner malt and fragrant jasmine rice. Fermented cool in stainless and lagered in an oak foudre on jasmine flower buds for soft notes of vanilla, honey and tea.

The Crucifix Tripel

A classic Belgian Tripel brewed with European Pilsner, oats and cane sugar meet modern day hops. This year we focused on bittering with Centennial and a blast of Hallertaur Blanc in whirlpool to forge a clean taste and farm-like aroma. The absence of aging allows the beer to remain lively.
