Retreat to the South Slope’s sumptuous cocktail lounge at Antidote for an intimate discussion about one of the most intoxicating trends of the decade–craft beverages aged and fermented in barrels. Enjoy drinks and light appetizers alongside experienced makers as you learn about the process of infusing the flavors and characters of wooden barrels into specialty liquors, coffee, and beer from Hi Wire Brewing, Burial Beer Co, Eda Rhyne Distillery, Chemist Spirits, High Noon Coffee Roasters and Penny Cup Coffee Co.
Guests will be the first to taste spirits, coffee, and beer aged in barrels for this special event. Follow the story of the barrel from distilling, beer aging to barrel infused coffee beans. There will be cocktails and tastings of each beverage created, along with food stations with bites from Matt Kelly of Mateo Bar de Tapas, Aux Bar and Buddy Finch Catering and Revelry.
