Burial Taproom

Residing in and revitalizing the South Slope District of Asheville, NC, the brewery began its life in summer 2013 as a one-barrel system that grew to a ten-barrel in just over a year. It is now fed from our production facility, barrelhouse and taproom brewery. Our taproom has a kitchen that serves food Wednesday through Sunday, with James Beard Nominee Brian Canipelli at the helm.
