Residing in and revitalizing the South Slope District of Asheville, NC, the brewery began its life in summer 2013 as a one-barrel system that grew to a ten-barrel in just over a year. It is now fed from our production facility, barrelhouse and taproom brewery.
Burial’s Taproom houses a full-service kitchen focusing on Asheville terroir in comfortable American dishes. Our menu is designed by Brian Canipelli, owner of Cucina 24 and James Beard Nominee. The Kitchen is open Wed-Sun, serving a very Asheville-centric Jazz Brunch every Sunday morning. The offerings change weekly, with only our staple double cheeseburger staying put.
