Classic dressing, anchovies, herb croutons, parmesan cheese
Marinated Squid $10 Beaufort, NC
Slow cooked tubes and tentacles, lemon juice, EVOO and gremolata
Garlic Bread $6
Oil, cheese, herbs and garlic served with red dipping sauce
Arancini $14
Jay’s mushrooms, risotto and Hornbacher, fried and served with red dipping sauce
Chicken Piccata $14
Pounded Joyce Farms breast, capers, lemon juice and potato puree
Fennel $8
Braised and served with liquids, smoked tomatoes and melted mozzarella
All dishes can and should be washed down by Bright, our Italian-style Pilsner.
