Unrealistic Appraisals of Character
Golden Sour Ale with Cherries, Lime Zest, and Vanilla
We turn inside a world of aimless judgment. Humans heaving insults, wearing disdain upon their shoulders, assessing things they don’t even understand. Quite a damning place to be from time to time. And something we try to never forget. But this reminder comes with a sense of delight, a recognition of the chaos of self-exploration and the common quest of understanding. A quaffable little sour ale, made from golden ale aged in wine barrels for over a year and then conditioning with second use cherries, lime zest and vanilla bean before sitting in the bottle for half a year. Enjoy a citrus spritzer on us, a Shirley Temple, Cowboy Sam, or whatever you choose.
