Chai Snickerdoodle Imperial Stout
We stand in the shoes of a merely finite existence. And in those moments of realization, we perhaps throw away the tethers of our unjust hesitancy. Just to become a journeyer once more. The folks at Morsel Cookies have been capturing the lust of Ashevillians for some time now, redesigning the scope of cookiedom with a Chai Snickerdoodle monster that is too hard to forget. So we threw on our baking mitts and tossed together a blend of 3 different rich and creamy stout bases aged 1 to 3 months and then aged them on a curated blend of spices from our friends at Spicewalla, including cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and a dab of black pepper. We then added some sea salt and a pleasing dose of lactose to add to our altar of cookie. Get ready for a bath inside the finest creamy chai latte, paired with a handful of addictive Toast-Yays, and two scoops of vanilla over out-the-oven snickerdoodles.
