Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut, Pecans, and Maple Syrup

The glimmer of the purely transient simply come to pass. The aura of the truly spectacular rise to saturation. And here is where we come to dwell. A very worthwhile transfiguration. A celebration of our trepidatious journey, devised solely for Burial’s new taproom at Forestry Camp, with our friends from The Eighth State Brewing. A resurrection of our most successful beer ever, Infinite Nothing, but made from a blend of 66% Double Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout and 34% Young Imperial Stout. This beer was aged upon a bed of roasted pecans, toasted and raw coconut, and maple syrup. Open your souls to vanilla whipped cream coated pecan pie, maple pecan frappuccino, and bourbon pralines.
