Imperial Stout with Thai Banana, Strawberry, Toasted Coconut, Vanilla Bean, and Peanuts

This is where you will find me. Near the gates of Hell itself. A space for the the spurned, the forgotten, the disregarded. Beneath gallows in the grand pretense of false hope. Ruminating on why and for how long, these fanatical miseries shall remain. In celebration of the opening of our Charlotte taproom we teamed up with our friends and neighbors at Resident Culture brewing to bring to you a new stout inspired by a coconut milk ice cream vegan banana split. Five of our finest stout bases were blended and then conditioned upon Thai banana, house toasted coconut, luscious strawberry, Madagascar vanilla and a scoop of dry roasted peanuts. Think chocolate ice cream, strawberry syrup, vanilla whipped coconut cream, and caramelized banana all topped with a dash of chopped Virginia peanuts.
