Imperial Stout with Toasted Almond, Toasted Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla Bean

And the pages turned. One by one. Without a motive or a reason to explain. It was the murmuring heartbeat of steady inertia. Where no external force may be at play. The inception of a motion with our friends at 3 Sons Brewing in Florida. We started with a well-intentioned aromatic Imperial Stout base and blended it up with two stronger stout bases to exude depth in a more quaffable big stout. We then meticulously aged it with macaroon raw coconut and toasted almonds, before a final dab of fresh Madagascar vanilla bean. The result is an almond joy soufflé, salted macaroons and coconut almond bars topped in whipped vanilla cream
