Barrel-Aged Golden Sour Ale with Lime, Grapefruit Zest, Chamomile, Cardamom, Rose Hips, and Ginger
Our annual celebration of the great vastness of Earth’s natural treasures. This golden sour ale encapsulates our entire journey of brewing, beginning as a clean blonde ale fermented with house mixed culture and aged in oak barrels for over a year. After gaining gorgeous acidity we re-fermented on fresh limes and grapefruit zest, with a small dose of chamomile, cardamom, rose hips and ginger root. A tom collins glass for of gin gimlet, grapefruit ginger spritzer, and lime jello topped in vanilla whip cream.
