Our final chapter. We love this beer as much as anyone, but the time has come to evolve. We birthed Hawkbill as a lower alcohol modern east coast tale, but as the years have passed it has become swallowed by the emergence of new practice, science and hop selection. The time has come to lay it to rest, and to mold some new allegories of hop savagery. So here it is, the final 12oz normal Hawkbill, all filled with select Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado and Simcoe hops. Squeezed of tropical skittles, tangerine flesh and passionfruit puree. Don’t be sad. Recognize that all things come to pass, and often we are greeted by their resurrection.
