Imperial Stout with Coffee, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla Bean
Hail to the feast. Each year we celebrate our gluttonous humanity with Griddle’s gallant ride into the gullets of mass ecstasy. And this year we unabashedly take it to an unnecessary beyond. This year we aged our Espresso Stout with Onyx Coffee Roasters beans before laying it upon heaps of Spicewalla Vietnamese cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla bean, Maple Syrup and fluffy lactose. First made for mass cake consumption by our head brewer, now in the tin for home appreciation.
