Sparkling Golden Sour Ale with Raspberry, Lemon Zest, Spruce Tips, Juniper, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Coriander

This sour ale continues our quest to breathe new life into that which may have been lost, and allow it to walk its own path. So we took the raspberries that were fermented with River to Hell, and racked upon them a golden sour ale that had aged for over a year in neutral wine barrels. After secondary fermentation we aged the beer with fresh Meyer lemon peel, spruce tips, juniper berries, Spicewalla cinnamon, ginger root and coriander. Swirl through fresh harvest Nebbiolo, herbs de Provence tarte, raspberry ginger tea and lemonberry sorbet.
