Barrel-Aged Mixed Culture Ale with Apple, Pear, Ginger, Lemon Verbena, and Meyer Lemon Zest
Our annual celebration of the great vastness of Earth’s natural treasures. This golden sour ale encapsulates our entire journey of brewing, beginning as a clean blonde saison fermented with house mixed culture and aged in oak barrels for over a year. After gaining gorgeous acidity we re-fermented on locally-grown Northern Sky apples, Bosc pears, hearty ginger and lemon verbena, and finally aged with fresh-zested Meyer Lemons. Goblets of Apple Gin Fizz, Lemon Ginger cake, and fizzy lemon tonic.
