Red Wine Barrel-Aged Dark Sour Ale with Sangiovese Grapes, Blueberries, and Marionberries

Out of the chasm of hardship, rises the penchant of pride. The disciple of Burnpile. The bastion of festivity. Our 2020 shovel-bearer is an amalgamation of our current passions, meshing the roots of our past with the givings of our present. This Cuvee is comprised of a bevy of barrel stocks, each re-fermented with fruits near and dear to us. A blend of red wine barrel-aged dark sour ales, some aged with Visuals 2019 harvest Sangiovese (25%), Carolina blueberries (50%) and a blend of Oregon marionberries (25%). The resulting bottle is filled with Beaujolais Nouveau, juicy cherrywine, blueberry parfait, and lemon custard.
