Imperial Stout with Roasted Pecans, Cocoa Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, and Sea Salt
An act of conspiring consciousness. The void left by plans not followed. A cavernous space of endless possibility. A collective aspiration devised with our neighbors down the mountain at Eighth State Brewing. Made with a festive spike of Forestry Camp roasted and salted Southern Pecans, loads of French Broad Chocolate cocoa nibs, Dark caramel sugars and a final helping of Madagascar Vanilla Bean. A big faceful of chocolate praline cake, vanilla bean ice cream with smashed chocolate turtles and pecan pie drizzle.
