Imperial Stout with Toasted Almond, Toasted Coconut, Cinnamon, Cocoa Nib, Sea Salt, and Vanilla Bean
These are concepts without end. The budding growth of immense potential. And the perpetual disdain of all that is, what once was. The next act of a motion with our friends at 3 Sons Brewing in Florida. The first evolution of a stout project we started earlier this year. This one starts with a well-intentioned aromatic Imperial Stout base and blended it up with two stronger stout bases to exude depth in a more quaffable big stout. We then aged the stout blend with toasted macaroon coconut, toasted almonds, Spicewalla cinnamon, French Broad Chocolate cocoa nibs, sea salt, and a final dab of fresh Madagascar vanilla bean. The result is German chocolate cake with whipped cream, salted caramel iced almond joy, and splendid jollies of the unlimited confectionary tale.
