Metamorphosis is the beauty that resides in the patience of nature’s path. This is the first in a series of elegant, food-friendly beers produced in collaboration with our sister restaurant, Forestry Camp Bar & Restaurant. It was released last week as a companion to their curated home dinner packages available for delivery. Brewed as a simple bottom-fermented beer with barley malt and a smattering of new age Grungeist and Blanc hops. As has been our charge from day 1, saison shall tell the story of our seasonal inspiration. This tiny bauble exerts fresh lemon zest, haybales, and cardamom and clove buns.
