The embassy of thirst. This traditional ale is a another prize befitting of a regal meal upon the hallowed grounds beneath our feet. Made in collaboration with Forestry Camp by the people who have inhabited these grounds for countless hours, covering its scars and unearthing its unbridled tale. Camp beers will be issued each season, exclusively as a way to complement the fine fare to be offered on the menu at Forestry Camp. This traditional German amber-colored ale is made from a cadre of German-born barley and a smattering of American rye, and then mildly hopped with Saaz hops. The result is a quaffable, gastronomic grog that presents loafs of pumpernickel, sticky toffee, and melba toast.
