For new beginnings, at a hell of a crossroads. Ones we never thought were possible coming from where we were raised. A surreal feel that might not linger. But we will take it while we got it. From a couple of Ohio boys, this saison is a collaboration with the rugged fieldsmiths at Fonta Flora Brewery. But it is also a celebration of a slew of the finest makers and growers in these hills. We brewed this beer with craft barley from Riverbend Malt, raw spelt from Farm & Sparrow, hyssop and nettles from Kestrel Herb Farm, and a select blend of Yaupon tea from Asheville Tea Company. Sharpen those blades.
