Imperial Vanilla Cream Ale with Toasted Coconut, Meyer Lemon, Key Lime, Hibiscus, and Mexican Vanilla Bean
Searching for the tenacity that begets generous sacrifices for a realization of the absolute, we careen towards the age where energy wanes. Tip your nose over the precipice and nod at the menacing aura. For the next installment in the Abstract Opulence series we took our palest and lowest alcohol base yet and hopped it generously with Citra and Citra Cryo. We then aged it on house toasted coconut, swaths of hand zested Meyer lemon and key lime, and chopped and scraped Mexican vanilla bean all followed by a cold steep on rich hibiscus. Sit back and enjoy thick slices of coconut vanilla cake topped with shaved citrus peel, soaked in Carribean rum, and finished with delicate hibiscus sugar.
