Barrel-Aged Red Sour Ale with Blueberries and Cherries
Another 300-only count series exclusively for Burnpile VIP ticket holders. A cross-section of the wild and sour program, featuring a wide array of our favorite makings. This year is a blend of three different sour projects, each aged nearly 2 years and racked upon carbonic macerated Carolina blueberries and Balaton cherries. Enjoy slices of blueberry raspberry tart with a cherry glaze blend consumed in a field of freshly cut hay.
